Here's a new and more accurate picture of Arcadia (i didnt forget her ears this time!)
And!! I tried to do some photoshopping for the background (thanks to *serenitym31087 ^^) So please be gentle if you critque the horribly done background and effects...i really didnt know what i was doing ^w^;; I was really trying to find a uniform that really made me happy with Arcadia...the only thing I could think of was making her back bow a little longer so she seemed to flow a little more.
